
Michael Ruffin MS, LPCC, LICDC is the Director of Clinical Services at MCRC. He has
been with MCRC since August 2009 and is the agency's Quality Assurance Chairman.
Mike received his master’s degree in Social Agency Counseling from the University of
Dayton in 1980. He completed the Gestalt Institute of Cleveland’s three year post
graduate training in Gestalt Methods specializing in working with couples, families,
and other intimate systems in 1984.
He began working in the field in 1980 as a drug/alcohol therapist with the Tri-County
Drug Program in Sidney, Ohio. He was employed for 28 years at the Miami County
Mental Health Center as an addictions and mental health therapist. He also served

Jay Gillespie LICDC-CS, SAP has worked in the chemical dependency field since 1988. He has worked as a counselor for Miami County Recovery Council since August 1996. Jay provides individual counseling services and he facilitates the agency's Men's Stabilization Group.
He studied at Edison Community College. Jay is a Licensed Independent Chemical Dependency Counselor and a Senior Clinician. He also is a substance abuse provider for DOT regulated employees.

Domina Matthews Page MS, MRC, LSW, LICDC-S, LPCC-S, has been a Chemical Dependency/Mental Health Therapist with Miami County Recovery Council in Troy, Ohio since April 2010.

She began her career at Dettmer Hall In-patient Treatment with Upper
Valley Medical Center in 1988. Over a ten-year period, she held a variety
of behavioral health positions with UVMC. Women’s Program Therapist
for the Miami County Mental Health Center’s Choices program and
Homeless Outreach Counselor were among those jobs. In addition, Diana
was the Executive Director of the David L. Brown Youth Center from
2001 until 2016.
Diana received her Bachelor of Arts Degree from Antioch University’s
